Linda Angela Suarez

In 1948, Linda Matos, was born in Manhattan, New York from her father Angel Matos and mother Julia Lebron. She met her future husband, Ezequiel “Zeke” Suarez, as a teenager and from that point forward they were inseparable and so began their love story. Years later they married and they had 2 sons, Damien and Derek, whom they raised on Long Island.

            Linda grew up to be a passionate woman who stood firm in her convictions. She was a person that was always willing to lend a helping hand to any that would need it. Linda spent her working days in the jewelry industry and was fortunate enough to open a jewelry business of her own with a childhood friend. Linda to this day still has lifelong friends which is a testament to the love everyone has for her. On April 15^th at the age of 72, our hearts were deeply saddened with Linda’s passing. Everyone that knew Linda will truly miss her. She was a caring daughter, loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, friend and so much more to so many
