Kevin, kev kev, little kev, little dude, knoons, noonan, passed on Friday September 30th, 2022 at his Penn State home. He was 22 years young and born on february 25th, 2000 at Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield, Illinois. He was a senior at Penn State University. A brother, a son, a best friend to many, a friend to many more, a cousin, a godson, a nephew, a Penn State college student and Sachem East graduate. Kevin was a former Sachem football player, an aspiring track & field athlete, a musician, an actor, and a cook.
Kevin graduated from Sachem East in June 2018 and started college at Penn State University August of the same year. Kevin was so smart and loved to learn. He was always a hard worker. He learned how to study and he did his best to succeed. He always had a book to read and he loved watching movies even if that meant he would watch them several times over again.
Kevin has been an inspiration to us all. Kevin had one of the kindest souls. He was funny, smart and outgoing. He had so much love for those around him and always put everyone else’s needs before his own. Kevin never wanted anybody to be worried about him. He wanted everyone else to be taken care of first.
Kevin was gifted with many talents. He loved to entertain his family and friends. He loved playing his guitar, sax and his drums. He and his friends created a band when he was 12 and put on shows in the neighborhood and at the Sachem Public Library. Playing guitar made him happy. He also loved to cook. Kevin enjoyed looking up new recipes and enjoyed using various spices to make his food more “appealing” to the rest of the family. Kevin tried his hand in acting and was in a TV commercial. He was always a jokester and loved making people laugh.
Kevin was a perfectionist and he struggled with depression for about a year. He was adamant that he was okay and struggled to open up about his challenges. Kevin was loved deeply by his friends and family and he will never be forgotten.
Kevin Is survived by his dad, Kevin, his mom Peg, sister Erin and step mom Jen, Grandparents Dick and Bernadette as well as 7 aunts and uncles, 14 cousins.
