Kathryn Wiener

Kathryn Martin Wiener, daughter of John and Angela Martin, passed away peacefully at the age of 75 on January 15, 2025. 

Kathy is survived by her loving husband, Charles Wiener; her three children, Jennifer (James) Colletti, Charles Wiener (Lori Butler), and Kathryn (Eric) Saltz; her brother, John Martin; and her beloved grandchildren, Tyler and Andrew Colletti and Eleanor Saltz. She also leaves behind many cousins, nieces, and nephews who will hold her memory dear. Kathy's faith was a guiding light throughout her life. Her deep commitment to the church not only shaped her values but also nurtured many of her closest and most enduring friendships. She was proud to be a catechist for over 40 years, sharing the knowledge of her faith with many. She had a compassionate heart and cared deeply for animals, a reflection of her spirit. An excellent cook, Kathy was known for her generosity in the kitchen. She often shared her talents with family and friends, creating meals that brought people together and left lasting memories. Her family and her children’s friends fondly recall how she would always arrive with delicious dishes in hand, a testament to her warmth and thoughtfulness. Kathy’s memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. May her legacy of kindness, faith, and devotion bring comfort to all who mourn her passing.
