John Patrick Longobardi

John Patrick Longobardi of Nesconset, NY was born on September 7th 1942 in Brooklyn, NY.
On the afternoon of January 28th, 2023 he passed away at the age of 80 yrs old.
He was the only child to late father John and late mother Anna.
He leaves behind his wife Elizabeth (Betty) of 51 yrs, his two sons, Joseph and Robert. And five grandchildren, Gianna, Darren, Robert Jr, Matthew and Cooper.
As a young man he attended Cardinal Farley Military Academy and after attending some college, he would enlist in the United States Air Force and serve from 1961-1965. After his service in the Air Force was over he began a career in sales management. He worked for a few different companies, most notably the BIC Pen Corporation. He married his wife Betty on 6/2/1971 in Amityville,NY and they would go on to have two children together Joseph and Robert. His career moved him and his family to various states before finally settling down in Nesconset, NY in 1983.
When he was younger he enjoyed bowling and playing golf. He enjoyed watching sports on TV like baseball, football, golf and boxing. Especially when his favorite teams the NY Yankees and NY Giants were playing.
He was a beloved father and grandfather who worked hard his entire life trying to provide his family always the best.
We will love and miss him always.
