Butzbach, Helen M. of Ronkonkoma, NY on February 13, 2012 in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late Frederick. Loving mother of Judith Forde, Russell Butzbach, Alan Butzbach and mother-in-law of Hal, Alice and Fran. Dear Grandmother of Natalie, Heather, Mickey, Christine, Michele, Denise, Melissa, Rebecca and great grandmother of Nicholas, Brandon, Samantha, Brianna, Carlee, Cody, Ashton, Peyton and Alexie.

Reposing Moloneys Lake Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 132 Ronkonkoma Ave., Lake Ronkonkoma, NY where a religious service will be held 8pm Wednesday.
