Graceann Cuttita

Graceann Cuttita, age 87, entered eternal rest on November 7, 2023, after being in hospice home care. Her final moments were spent peacefully in her home surrounded by her loving family.

Graceann was born on October 28, 1936, in Brooklyn, New York to Saverio and Anna Perrotta. She made her home in Central Islip and worked as a supervisor at Parker-Hannifin in Hauppauge.

Above all, Graceann treasured time with her family. She was the loving and devoted mother of Patricia Barry (Thomas), AnnMarie Proscia (John) and Carolyn Tyler (John).

Her pride and joy were her ten grandchildren Anthony Proscia (Elizabeth), Michael Proscia (Ashleigh), Bryan St. Jean (Cristina), James St. Jean, Kelli Barry, Mariah Tyler (Christopher), Haley Cruz (Devin), Jessica Tyler, John Tyler, and Thomas Barry (Skylar). She was also blessed with seven great grandchildren Joshua, Kayla, Zachary, Nicholas, Matthew, Bradley, and Colton.

Graceann shared a special bond with her brothers and sisters Margaret Simat (Chris)(both deceased), Carmine Perrotta (Robin), Thomas Perrotta (Maria), Gary Kaval (Debbie), and Diane DeSimone.

She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Her family asks that she be remembered for the joy she brought to others in life and not the sadness of her passing.
