Grace Louise Anderson (nee) Hansen joined her husband in heaven on April 13, 2025. Grace was born in Brooklyn, New York and moved to Huntington, New York at the age of 9. She was the third sister of four sisters and one brother and attended Huntington High School. Grace met her husband Ken of 58 years at St. Peter's Evangelical Church. They settled in Lake Ronkonkoma where they lived for forty-two years and raised their family. They relocated to Spring Hill Florida for twelve years. In 2007, when Ken got sick, they moved to Virginia and lived with their youngest daughter for the remainder of her life. She is survived by one sister Judith Ricker (Bill), three children Keith (Catherine), Nancy (Thomas) and Lisa (Steven), eight grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
Grace and Ken attended Smithtown Gospel Tabernacle, and she also worked as the bookkeeper at the Christian School. Grace loved to sing from an early age and was a member of the Smithtown Festival Singers, The North Shore Choral Society, The Long Island Gospel Choir and sang at many weddings.
Viewing will be at Moloney's Funeral Home & Cremation Center on Ronkonkoma Avenue in Lake Ronkonkoma on Tuesday April 22nd from 2-4 and the service will be held during the 6-8 viewing. Burial will be on April 23rd at Calverton National Cemetery.
