Edward M. Johnson

Edward Michael Johnson of Holbrook, passed unexpectedly on October 27, 2021 at 62 years of age.  He was born July 29, 1959 in Patchogue, NY to the late Edward H. and Maryllyn (Lynn) Johnson.  Beloved brother of June, Russell, Lynda and Denis Murphy, David and Mary.  Adored nieces and nephew:  Russell, Jaclyn Murphy, Taryn Murphy Choufani (Elias), Ashley, Heather, and Lauren Johnson.  Edward was a Partner at The Law Offices of Dranitzke, Lechtrecker, Trabold & Johnson.  Ed loved life and everyone he came in contact with.  He exuded happiness and kindness wherever he went.  He had a passion for reading, being in nature—hiking miles at every opportunity! Exploring our beautiful US at all the National Parks—especially with his sister, June.  Loved going to Broadway Shows and sharing that experience with his nieces every chance he got.  Eddie was a guy you could rely on no matter what.  His love of family, friends, and God was unmeasurable.    He lived every day voraciously.

Viewing hours at Moloney’s Funeral Home, Bohemia:  Sunday, October 31, 2-4 & 7-9 pm and Monday, November 1, 2-4 & 7-9 pm.

A service will be held on Sunday, November 7 at 11 am at The Church of the Four Leaf Clover in Hempstead, NY.
