Dolores was born January 19, 1932 to George and Dorothy. She grew up in Brooklyn and had one sister named Louise.  She met her husband Frank in elementary school when they were just eight and nine years old.  They got married in 1951. They were married for 62 years until Frank passed in 2013. They had two children, Deborah and Frank.  She had two grandchildren, Stacey and Jack, and a great granddaughter, named Giavanna Dolores.  was a beloved and cherished mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
She loved her family, she worked as a banker in Manhattan for 40 years. She would take the train into the city every day and read a book or do her needlepoint.  Every week she went to the beauty parlor and had her hair done. She was kind and compassionate and had the hugest heart. All you had to do was call Dolores and she was there for you.  On the holidays she would bake her apple pie and make her mothers cookies and cream dessert and her mothers Anna potatoes that were out of this world. She loved musicals like Phantom of the opera in Casablanca.  She was once a Girl Scout, and was always prepared with her umbrella whenever it would rain she never took sugar in her coffee, and she would never make a left turn. She would always find another way to go. She was a planner and a problem solver.   Everyone who met her liked her and she got along with everyone.  She was beloved she is missed greatly. God gained an angel.

From her grandson, Jack:  in loving memory of my grandmother my grandmother did everything from my mother sister, and I without hesitation or complaint truly an angel on earth for us.  thank you we love you and we will miss you always
From her granddaughter, Stacey:  in loving memory of my grandma, you were always my special person. You were my rock and my go to and you were always there for me. All I had to do was call when I had my baby girl you were there for me, you were the first family member I shared my pregnancy with and you were over joyed, thank you for being you. I was so blessed my daughter was so blessed to have had you all this time.  You are forever in our hearts and our memories, and you will always be a part of us.
