David Richard Fournier

David Fournier was the most beautiful man who selflessly gave his heart, time, and love to everyone he met.  His generous heart made an impact that will always be with us, as will he continue to walk with us through life.  He loved to be surrounded by friends and family and was passionate about creating with his hands, adventure, antiques, travel, and music.  His personality was infectious and his sense of humor lit up every room he entered.  David worked in New York City, serving for over fifteen years on the Long Island Railroad as an Electrician and working as a contractor for copper roofing projects including several historic buildings in the Financial District of Manhattan.  When David wasn’t working on projects outside or spending time with family, you could find him at the beach or out in nature, soaking in every moment of life.  David was an active participant of the Histiocytosis Association volunteering countless hours maintaining the office, participating in events and donating his time, sweat, equity, tears, and support.  In honor of his passion toward this cause and to helping others, you can continue his legacy by donating in his memory at:
