Devoted father of Richard (Lisa), Peter, Matthew, Samantha Kress (Steven) and Step-son Spencer Lee. Dear Brother of Joyce Feuer (Lloyd). Cherished grandfather of Eliza, Will, Rhiannon, Max, Savannah, Jack, Valerie and TJ.

David was currently a Partner at CertilmanBalin. He was former Brookhaven Town Attorney, past President of the Patchogue Lion’s Club, past Board Member of Brookhaven Memorial Hospital and Board Member of the Patchogue YMCA. David graduated from Patchogue High School, Tufts University and NYU Law School.
