Christine Fusco

On August 16, 2023, Christine Fusco in her 84^th year passed peacefully surrounded by her loving family.

Christine (Little Nonni/Aunt Tina) is predeceased by her parents Vincent and Ida Patriarca and sister Mary Vitello.

Survived by Rocco Fusco, her beloved husband of 65 years; loving children, Vincent Fusco (Donna), Ricky Fusco (Mary), Chris Fusco (Tori Cutchall); her cherished grandchildren, Michael Fusco, Nick Fusco (Samantha), Alana Dwyer (Nick), Vincent Fusco, Jovanna Fusco, Kevin Fusco, Kiera Fusco, Christopher Fusco and Hailey Fusco; her step grandchildren Andrew Miller, Matthew Miller, Jordynn Longo, Joseph Longo and great grandchildren Valentina Fusco, Miles Dwyer and Ocean Fusco.

Christine, born in New York, NY on September 10, 1938, was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, beloved aunt, and trusted friend. Tina was the life of the party and loved entertaining and opening her home at 7 Colgate St, Port Jefferson Sta. for gatherings such as Christmas Eve, Sunday family dinners, 4^th of July celebrations and summer pool parties. She loved to gamble, play cards, dance to rock ‘n’ roll music and lived for her weekly Mahjong game. Tina worked as a nurse’s aide at Nesconset Nursing home and happily retired to New Port Richey, Florida where she and her husband, Rocky, lived at Summertree retirement community and loved their riverboat gambling with friends, breakfasts at the Oaks Café and dinner at Argento’s Italian restaurant. She will be missed dearly by her loving family and friends in NY and Florida.

Those we love don’t go away; they walk beside us every day. Unseen, unheard, but always near, still missed, and very dear. God bless our mom, Aunt Tina and little Nonni as she rests in peace with her dearly departed loved ones.
