Charles S. Payntar Iii

Charles aka Charlie or Chaz to those near and dear passed away peacefully on Dec 5th. Charlie is survived by his sister and brother-in-law Judith and John Brown, loving Uncle to Bobby and Laurie Brown, Great Uncle to the late Justin Brown and Lindsey Brown and Great, Great Uncle to Justin Ayden Brown. Charlie has come back home to his roots on Long Island to be put to eternal rest with his parents, the late Charles and Marion Payntar.
Charlie was a social being who brought smiles to the faces of all who he met in the many groups and organizations he lovingly belonged to.
