Carmelina Ayala

It is with a heavy heart to announce the death of my mother, Carmelina Ayala. She left this world peacefully in her sleep on March 1, 2023, at the age of 86.

Carmelina loved gardening, sewing, singing, cooking and spending time with her family. She loved kids and enjoyed taking care of many over the years.

There are not enough words to express the love I have for my mother. She was a beautiful soul who was kind and loving to everyone she met. She will be missed and will always hold a special place in our hearts.

She is survived by her three children Millie, Eddie, and Jenny. Grandchildren Elena and Chris. Siblings Pablo, Senen and Haydee.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to The Alzheimer’s Foundation in her honor. www.alz.org.

The services for Carmelina will be held at Moloney Funeral Home in Central Islip on March 7, 2023 2:00-4:00pm and 7:00-9:00pm.
