Arthur Cenci Jr.

Arthur Cenci, Jr., of Ronkonkoma, was born July 16, 1940 and passed away at the age of 83 after a long and courageous battle with lung cancer. He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years Anna. Dearly beloved father of Lisa Casanova (Tom), Susan Grant (Tim), Arthur (Nancy) & Nicholas (Claudia).  Devoted Poppy to Nicole, Vincent, Holly, Anabella, Julia, Briana & Lyla. He was recently delighted at the arrival of his great grand-daughter Faith Elizabeth. Arthur was predeceased by his brother John. 

Artie served in the US Army then proudly drove a tractor trailer for Mobil Oil Corporation for 35 years and also spent many years as a union treasurer. After retiring he enjoyed helping his youngest son Nick build his local business in Ronkonkoma.  

He will be missed by his brother-in-law Ralph and sister-in-laws Mary & Linda.  He was a true family man who never wanted to miss the chance to gather with his extended family and long time friends.  

Donations can be made in Arthur’s name to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
