Annunzio "Nu" Colucciello

Colucciello, Annunzio “Nu” of Smithtown, NY passed away peacefully on January 2, 2023 in his 88th year. Beloved husband of Patricia. Devoted father of Michael and Linda Colucciello DeLucia (Kirk). Cherished grandfather of Katerina, Michael, Kess, Nate and Skyler. Loving brother of Albert (Linda), Lena Bernardo (Steve) and Marion Colucciello. Special Uncle to many nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews and great grand nieces and nephews.
Nu grew up and worked on his family’s vegetable farm in Wantagh. At an early age he became a member of the Brick-Layers Union. He was involved in building the Walt Disney World Presidential Hall of Fame for the Worlds Fair, the Walt-Whitman Mall, Stony Brook College and many other projects. He entered the Army and served in Germany during the “Cold War”. Nu started his own contracting business “Colucciello Contracting” and treated every customer as a friend. He was always willing to lend a skilled hand to a neighbor, friend or family member.
Reposing Moloney’s Hauppauge Funeral Home, 840 Wheeler Rd., Hauppauge, NY where a religious service will be held Sunday. Funeral Mass Monday 9:45AM at St. Thomas More RC Church, Hauppauge, NY.
