Annette Perrone was born on March 15, 1962 (The Ides of March) and passed away on January 7, 2019 at home surrounded by her family; Her loving daughter ToniAnn Marini and dear “son” Kyle McCraw of Raleigh, NC. She was survived by her sister Linda Munno of Lake Grove, NY; sister Dolores Perrone of Keyport, NJ; Sister Virginia Perrone and “brother” Michael Jean Gilles of Texarkana, TX; Nephew Rusty Munno of Medford, NY, his daughter Sofia; Niece Anna Sventora, her husband Matt Sventora and their children Peyton and Matthew; Nephew Michael Bier, his wife Lisa and daughter Samantha; Nephew Joey of San Francisco, his partner Athena; Niece Melissa Chieffo, her partner Kenny Taylor with their children Michaela, Jovani and KJ; Nephew Christoper Jean Gilles, his partner Marcella. Annette was predeceased by her wonderful loving parents Alfred (Freddy) Louis Perrone and Gloria (Nee, Verdi) Perrone. They were married for almost 60 years and were truly an inspiration to their family and this legacy they created.
Annette’s career was mainly in the insurance industry and she early retired from AXA Equitable July 2017 to deal with her illness. This was extremely hard for her to leave a job and boss she truly enjoyed working with every single day. There were many peaks and valleys, good, great and not so good times, but the one constant was the support she received from family, friends, co-workers and her community both in NJ and NC. A special mention to her outstanding Hospice Team of Raleigh, NC!
